Emily is a 25-year-old Louisiana native and teacher by training who left the classroom to pursue her deeper passions. She became a certified personal trainer & started her health and life coaching after discovering the link between her own happiness and health. She coaches online & in-person as she still follows her original passion: teaching. When she's not teaching other women how to get healthy & happy, she's biking, cooking, painting, or writing.
