Meet Milly:
Since my father opened PPS in September 2012, I've been involved in the company background - HR/Employee Benefits, Payroll, and Financials. I've developed a passion for early childhood education and supporting parents and children in these early years of development. During my 7+ years of employment with Providence Prep School, I have developed a Wellness Benefits Program, helped implement edits and updates to employee policies and procedures, and supported the staff of this exceptional educational facility - encouraging employees to help us become the best school for early childhood education (for employees, children and parents alike) in Charlotte and beyond!
Providence Prep School is a 5 star, exceptional early education facility for children ages 6 weeks through PreK. We prepare children for life, learning, and leadership while enriching family and community life. At PPS, we focus on the Reggio Emilia curriculum, encouraging self-lead learning within the classroom. We also grow much of our own food in the PPS Kitchen Garden and take great pride in our nutrition program.
