Nakoma Pishko has degrees in Finance and Economics and a passion for real estate. Her experience started in New York City metro area as an analyst for a Real Estate Investment Trust at Morgan Stanley and Consultant with a CPA firm to Real Estate Corporations. For the last 10 years, she has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in Washington, Colorado and now South Carolina. Since moving to the Charleston area in August 2017, she has decided to move into Mortgage Lending and support her clients to achieve their financial goals through homeownership and real estate investing.
Nakoma helped open US Mortgage of South Carolina – Charleston Branch July 2018. US Mortgage of South Carolina is a mortgage company that has grown over the last 25 years on a foundation of serving clients. That basic principle of “the client first” has been the reason that we close loans based upon relationships, not leads. We have an excellent mix of business between purchases and refinances; we are not your typical mortgage company and our clients appreciate it.
