Meet Pat:
Pat Eardley has over 20 years of experience as a recruiter, trainer, and executive. Pat has a diverse background, having industry experience in retail, telecommunications, hospitality, and manufacturing. She opened her human resources consultancy, Shift HR in August 2009. Her consultancy assists small business owners in navigating through the sea of employee relations.
Prior to becoming an advisor, Pat held the Assistant Director role at Wild Dunes Resort in South Carolina overseeing recruitment, benefits, employee relations, management development, and compliance.
