Meet Tricia:
Tricia Peterson is the owner and Broker in Charge of Island House Real Estate. Tricia is a Realtor of Distinction being recognized in the top 5% of Charleston area realtors. Tricia and her husband Brett, along with their three children, live on Daniel Island. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and subsequently her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Prior to starting her real estate career in 2011, Tricia was a Physical Therapist for 10+ years where she utilized her natural gift of working to help others. As Tricia points out, “the beauty of the real estate is that there are so many parallels to physical therapy. There are more similarities in careers than you would think. The most important of which is simply helping people.” She specializes in helping medical professionals who are moving to the Charleston area. Tricia has the unique advantages of working closely with local contractors, interior designers and multiple trades to make the process of buying and selling a home a smoother process.
