About Nesha
Nesha Pai is a CPA turned author & speaker to primarily entrepreneurs and women who want to find purpose in their lives. After her first major disappointment working at the world’s largest public accounting firm, Arthur Andersen, she realized that Corporate America was an idealized version in her head. After following societal norms of getting married and having a family, she realized that something was deeply unfulfilling in her marriage and ultimately it led to a divorce. Because of that, after being a stay-at-home mom for the first 6 years of her son’s life, she had to go back into the workforce. Five years into a small local CPA firm, she got rejected for a fair raise and she walked out on the spot. At that time, she realized she had a strong pull toward the small business sector and started her own firm, so that she could really take charge of her own path, in being true to herself. Five years into her entrepreneurial venture, she had a nervous breakdown and set out on a path of healing. In that healing, she left the religion she was born into, to find God in her own way. This long healing journey ultimately changed the course of her life. In January 2020, Nesha published her book “Overcoming Ordinary Obstacles,” which won the award in the Multicultural Non-Fiction category at the American Book Fest. Her book was a conduit for healing and a way to connect with humanity.
Nesha’s life experiences and her intentional stepping up and out in her own life will provide audiences with the encouragement, the tools, and the gumption to make similar changes in their own lives.
