About Sharon
Sharon Delaney McCloud is an Emmy Award-winning broadcaster, Certified Diversity Executive CDE®, TEDx speaker, adjunct professor, and executive leadership consultant who helps people drive business results through impactful keynotes and professional development programs. From Fortune 100 boardrooms to the green room at Good Morning America to lecture halls of top-tier universities, Sharon is a trusted partner in amplifying people's communication prowess. A passionate advocate for women entrepreneurs, Sharon co-founded a digital marketing agency which grew to become a 3-time INC 5000 business serving clients like Target, Velcro, AstraZeneca, Fox Home Entertainment, and Josh Cellars. Whether it’s telling a company’s story or helping leaders share their own narratives, Sharon aims to deepen their power skills to achieve their goals. She’s hosted and is a frequent guest on podcasts speaking about leadership, resilience, and being the CEO of your health. As a breast cancer survivor and parent of a child who had cancer, Sharon focuses much of her non-profit work on raising awareness and funds for oncology research. As the mother of three, Sharon considers that job her most important as she attempts to keep all the balls in the air in our fast-paced lives.
