Q: What was the main reason you enlisted The Studio for help?

A: I admired the tenacity of the owner and the team at Women Entrepreneurs Inc. I loved the examples I saw of the work done for other businesses, and I wanted another woman-owned business to partner with on this journey.

Q: What was it like to work with Melissa and her team? Did you enjoy the process?

A: The process was amazing! Each step helped to make what we wanted clearer, and the team heard us and what messages we wanted to make sure were heard by our customers. They also helped us condense and simplify our content, which created a clearer, more understood depiction of what my business stands for and wants for our community.

Q: Is there anything The Studio team could have done differently to improve your experience or outcome?

A: I really cannot think of a thing!

Q: Has anything good happened for you or your business due to the work you did together?

A: Absolutely! It has made us create and implement better staff training, allowed our clients to feel included more with the addition of the parent portal, and created a more seamless relationship between the team and our customers. By streamlining to the basics, our mission is clearer than ever, and we have even implemented this within our day-to-day operations.
